1. I have had an accident. Who do I contact first?

Any injuries to people should be addressed first. Therefore a call to either police assistance, or in the case of serious injury a call to the ambulance by dialling 000. If there are no injuries then give Willsmore Motor Body Repairs a call. We specialise in car repairs in the Western suburbs of Adelaide.

2. Am I allowed to get my car towed? Can I have it towed where I like?

Yes, you are allowed to get your car towed to your repairer of choice, and we hope that you choose us! The driver of the tow truck will supply you with an accident tow form that will allow you to stipulate where you want your vehicle towed to.

3. My car was damaged in an accident and the other driver was at fault. How many quotes do I need to give to the other driver?

Effectively, only one quote is necessary. If you have chosen a repairer that you know and trust and are confident they will do a great job repairing your vehicle, that is all you need. After all it is your car that is being repaired.

4. What can I do if the other party is not insured?

If it's your vehicle, you are not at fault and you have car insurance, you can claim for the repairs to your vehicle through your own insurer.

5. Do you do work for all insurance companies?

Yes, we do work for all insurance companies.

6. What information do I need to provide Willsmore Motor Body Repairs when having my car repaired?

We require your car insurance number and your claim number. We will take care of the rest for you.

7. How long will it take for a quote?

Our initial inspection and quote can take as little as 15 minutes. Getting pricing for parts can take a little longer but we aim to get this done as quickly as possible so that we can get you back on the road as soon as possible.

8. Do I need an appointment for a quote?

No, you don't need an appointment but, if possible, to ensure that we are available at the time that you need us, it is worthwhile making a call to arrange a time. You can also use our online booking form.

9. Do you offer hire cars?

Yes, and they are free to hire. All you need to do is ensure that the car is returned just as it was loaned to you with a full tank of fuel.

10. Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. At Willsmore Motor Body Repairs we offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs we carry out to your vehicle.
